Step-0: Format your WindowsPC (ensuring that there are no microsoft related accounts logged in). IF YOU NEVER ADDED MICROSOFT ACCOUNT TO YOUR PC, THEN PROCEED WITH STEP-1.

Step1: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49117    ---> Download

Step-2: https://config.office.com/deploymentsettings 

Select the following:

• 64bit   ---> Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024- Volume Licence  ---> Select Only (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)  ---> Language- English(US)  --->  leave all as it is, scroll down to  export option --->  Export  ---> Office Open XML  format  --->  OK ---> I accept (select the box)  --->  CONFIGURATION (its default...no need to select it)  ---> Export

Step-3: 

CNow You have two files:

• officedeploymenttool_19426-20170

• Configuration

• Create a new folder in the name  OFFICE2025 in Downloads folder/ any folder of your preference. 

• move the configuaration file (Configuration.xml) to this new folder "OFFICE2025"

• Run the file officedeploymenttool_19426-20170

  • select the box

  • ok

  • select the folder Downloads-->OFFICE2025

  • install / continue

• Delete the newly created configuration file configuration-Office365-x64

Step-4: 

• copy the path of the folder

• for me it is C:\Users\krish\Downloads\OFFICE2025

• type cd C:\Users\krish\Downloads\OFFICE2025

• setup.exe/configure configuration.xml
