  STEP-1: DOWNLOAD 

python-3.12.0-amd64.exe (25MB)   LINK1 (64Bit)/ LINK2 (32bit)/ GeneralWesbite

STEP-2:  INSTALL, [TICK]Add path to 3.12

STEP-3: click WINDOWS button, type CMD then press ENTER

STEP-4:type the below code:

 python --version

STEP-5: it must show like the below

STEP-6: PROCESS UPGRADES PYTHON PACKAGES

python -m pip install --upgrade pip

STEP-7:

now install numpy library in same cmd as below; type below commands in command propmt:

pip install numpy

PART-2: Install Visual Studio (if NOT yet, in your computer)
